Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire ERP implementation lifecycle, from detailed planning and design through development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Analyze current business processes, identify pain points, and design optimized future-state processes within the new ERP system.
- Translate approved business requirements into detailed ERP system configurations. Work with external technical teams or consultants on necessary customizations, ensuring they align with functional specifications and best practices.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Document test results, manage defect resolution, and ensure the system meets all functional and performance requirements.
- Develop detailed training materials and user guides and conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for departmental Super Users and provide direct end-user training as needed.
- Actively support change management activities, helping to foster user adoption and address resistance to new processes and technologies.
- Serve as a representative/contact between business users, the ERP Project Manager, external consultants, and the IT department. Facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and communicate project progress and challenges effectively.
- Act as the primary internal Key User for the ERP system post-implementation.
- Provide first-line functional support, troubleshoot issues, manage system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Own the ongoing maintenance and optimization of assigned ERP modules.
Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at 2.918,34 EUR gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 h/week), with a planned significant overpayment of 3.500-4.500 EUR depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
