Job Overview

ENPULSION is looking for an IT Operations Team Leader (f/m/x) to join our Digital Technologies team. In this role, you will lead and support the IT function in daily operations, ensuring stable and secure IT systems. You will be responsible for IT support (1st–2nd level), infrastructure, and IT operations, while also planning and delivering IT and digitalization projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professional and disciplinary management of the IT department.
  • Active participation in operational day-to-day business.
  • Support of IT support from 1st to 2nd level.
  • Ensuring a stable and secure IT operation.
  • Planning and implementation of IT and digitization projects.
  • Further development of IT processes and IT management systems.
  • Management of external IT service providers and partners.
  • Ensuring IT compliance as well as adherence to data protection, security, and company policies.
  • Support with audits, license management, and IT risk assessments.
Type of contract: Full time position with 38.5 hours/week 

Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 3,415.01 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 h/week), with a planned significant overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.

Your profile

  • Completed IT education (at least HTL or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years of practical professional experience in the IT field.
  • Leadership experience in an IT environment.
  • Strong hands-on mentality and high practical orientation.
  • Experience in IT support and system administration.
  • Knowledge in IT compliance, data protection, and IT security.
  • Good knowledge in:
    • Microsoft 365
    • Windows server and client environments
    • Networks, firewalls, virtual environments, and VPN
    • IT security and backup solutions
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working.
  • Good German and English skills.
